Job Details
- Assist the store manager in managing the operation of the store and the supervision of store personnel.
- Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist in meeting sale, production and expense budget goals and maintaining a profitable operation.
- Assist in training, direction and supervision of new personnel along with retraining for all personnel as necessary.
