Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture throughout the store;
Coach and train store leadership, peers, and outfitters to deliver CLUB excellence;

Recruit and retain strong CLUB Outfitters and build a positive outfitter-centric culture;
Monitor CLUB metrics and compliance, analyze CLUB reporting, and coordinate corrective actions with leadership
