Retail Framing​/Custom Business Team Member

Store - CLEV-AVON, OH

Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions, help customers shop our store, and maintain a safe, clean, clutter‑free environment.

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Use the Elevated ABC Deliver system to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results by completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and directed replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and provide solutions.
• Follow SOPs and company programs and support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner while promoting a positive image of the organization.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are met and within budget.
• Operate the cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes and perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

• Retail experience.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Public retail store setting; most areas climate‑controlled. Some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled, and occasional outdoor work may be required. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Base pay range: $11.25 - $13.20 per hour.
