Event Coordinator, Sales

Job Summary

At Main Event, Sales Event Coordinators help Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences by creating a vision of FUN. As an Event Coordinator, you partner with Guests to create tailored and memorable experiences based on their needs.

• Understand all aspects of event packages and add‑ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Utilize systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow‑up tasks.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted birthday, group, and event sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans.
• Prospect and cold call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk‑in and event sales.
• Attend and engage in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas that support the business.
• Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing office duties, including upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Teamwork and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary range: $13.45 - $18 per hour.
