Window Genie of Cleveland West is part of a nationally recognized home services brand, delivering professional window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window film, and holiday lighting services. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, repeat business, and a strong local reputation.

• Base Salary ($30k) + Uncapped Commission
• Realistic First-Year Earnings: $50K–$70K+ (top performers earn more)

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company leads.
• Meet with customers to assess needs and provide estimates.
• Present and sell services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
• Follow up on leads and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

• Build trust with homeowners and business clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact from first interaction through post-sale.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM tools.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Report on pipeline and performance.

• Work closely with the owner, office staff, and service team.
• Share customer feedback and market insights.
• Participate in sales meetings and training.

• Base Salary: $30,000
• Uncapped Commission and performance bonuses
• 8 days PTO
• $65/month phone allowance
• Annual bonuses ($500 each)
• Holiday bonus
• Paid training and support

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Peak season may require additional hours. Occasional evening/weekend availability expected.
