Training & Knowledge Transfer
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal staff (Sales, Parts, Service) and external dealers
  • Translate manufacturer technical documentation into accessible internal training materials, SOPs, and reference guides
  • Build a structured onboarding/training curriculum for new technical and sales hires
  • Coordinate factory‑led training visits and certifications for service staff
Cross-Departmental Communication

  • Create and maintain a centralized technical knowledge base accessible to all departments
  • Facilitate information flow so Sales can accurately represent product capabilities, Parts can anticipate demand, and Service can resolve issues efficiently
  • Lead recurring cross‑functional meetings to align on product issues, field feedback, and recurring technical themes
Process & Efficiency Improvement
  • Identify gaps in technical knowledge or communication that impact dealer/customer satisfaction
  • Develop feedback loops from field/service data back to OEMs to drive product improvements
