Westview Concrete Corp is currently hiring for a full-time Concrete Sales / Quality Control Associate to close deals and monitor product quality in the Avon, OH area. This position earns a competitive salary, plus bonuses.

This full-time position typically works 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is needed as some weekend work is required.
As a Concrete Sales / Quality Control Associate, you are vital to the success of our business. You work closely with both current and potential clients to establish rapport and maintain lasting relationships with our building contractors. Skillfully, you negotiate sales and close deals based on the individual needs of each client. Always providing exceptional customer service, you provide accurate quotes to our contractors and work with them closely to meet all their needs.
Additionally, you diligently monitor the quality of our products, gathering vital feedback from our customers to continually improve our services. Nothing gets by you as you ensure the products we offer are high quality and built to last! You love making sure our clients get great products and take pride in successfully closing deals!

- Sales and customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience in construction and/or ready-mix concrete
Prior experience in the industry would be a big plus.
