Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Annually

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple early childhood education centers in the area. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our schools remain safe, compliant, and fully operational for the children, families, and staff we serve. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple locations, including floor care and upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards and licensing compliance.
• Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate service records.
• Identify and address potential hazards proactively.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs and emergencies.
• Assist with facility improvements, classroom setups, and minor renovations.

• 7+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance.

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must pass a background check (required for childcare environments).

• Experience in Multi‑site environments.
• OSHA or other safety certifications.
