$35-$40/hour Depending on Experience

- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to HVAC Service Technicians
- Assist junior technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical development
- Support ongoing training initiatives for both new and experienced team members
- Serve as a technical resource for field staff during service calls
- Help maintain high standards for customer service, workmanship, and efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to improve technician performance and department operations
- Ride along with technicians as needed to provide coaching and support
- Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced HVAC system issues Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable working on ladders and in varying job site conditions
- Strong understanding of job site safety and proper tool usage
- Flexibility to assist during occasional evenings or weekends when needed
