- Provide hands‑on training and mentorship to entry‑level technicians entering the trade
- Deliver ongoing development and advanced training to experienced technicians
- Serve as a technical resource for field personnel, offering real‑time support and guidance
- Assist technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure efficient, high‑quality service
- 5+ years of residential HVAC Service experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong problem‑solving skills to include electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
- Comfortable working on ladders (10 ft+ including extension ladders)
- Knowledge of job site safety and tool use
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
