• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver efficient, high‑quality solutions
• Educate customers on repair vs. replacement options
• Provide a professional, top‑tier customer experience
• Maintain company standards for quality and safety

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude (HVAC education a plus)
• EPA Certification required (NATE a plus)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot a variety of systems
• Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
• Valid driver's license with clean/insurable record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented with leadership potential
