** Anticipated Hiring Range: $61,500 - $70,750 annually   Full Pay Range: $61,500 - $98,500 annually     Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. A higher wage would only be offered based on direct court-related or legal experience (i.e., such as that with a law firm). Additional questions regarding pay can be discussed with HR during the hiring process if you are offered a position.

** Be a foundational leader in shaping the future of our judicial system! We are seeking an innovative Judicial Clerk Supervisor to launch operations for our brand-new court, officially opening January 1,  this high-impact role, you will have the rare opportunity to build your team from the ground up—hand-selecting, onboarding, and mentoring new staff prior to the official opening date (operating temporarily from an interim location during the startup phase).

Working closely with the Judge, you will provide strategic leadership, direct daily court operations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.

Beyond staff development, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing case management compliance, managing court financial operations (including budgets, reconciliations, and audits), and serving as a key liaison to public and external agencies. ** We Require
*** Five years of court, legal, or justice system experience, including three years in a legal or court administrative role
* High school diploma or GED
* A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
** We Also Value
*** Previous experience working as a lead and/or supervisory experience
* Justice Court experience
