Role Description This full-time Executive / Personal Assistant & Office Manager role is an on-site position based in Avondale, AZ. The role involves providing high-level executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and documents. Daily responsibilities include organizing and maintaining office systems, overseeing clerical tasks, managing supplies and vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient office operations.
The role also requires serving as a key communication point for internal and external contacts, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting personal assistance needs for leadership to help maintain productivity and organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership in both business and personal tasks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Diary Management and scheduling skills to coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and office organization.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Professional demeanor, discretion with confidential information, and a customer service–oriented approach.
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role; relevant education or training is beneficial.
