Sales Administrator

• Facilitate pricing and documentation for used equipment
• Coordinate and track incoming inventory and maintain up-to-date system records
• Audit and correct database entries to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Assist with key customer accounts and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Prepare and organize sales reports, documents, and presentations
• Communicate with internal departments to support sales operations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist sales management with sales-related projects and administrative tasks
• Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with the agriculture industry and dealership management software or sales tracking systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and equipment valuation preferred
• Previous experience supporting a sales team or working in sales administration preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate team needs preferred
• Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, or lead management processes preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments (sales, parts, service)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
