• Valid Special Education Teacher certification for Arizona or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher in school settings
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and differentiated instruction
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, colleagues, and families
• Ability to adapt instruction and accommodations to meet diverse student needs
• Organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads across two sites

• Provide direct instruction and support to students identified for special education services
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and assessments
• Communicate regularly and effectively with families regarding student progress
• Employ best practices to track students academic and behavioral growth
• Serve as an advocate for students individual learning needs
