UTI Technician Prospects

This requisition is for UTI students that will be graduating in 2026 to be considered for a full-time technician role.

• Your application will be reviewed by our Cummins technician recruiter.
• The recruiter will review all student applications against available positions; if a good fit is found, the applicant will be aligned to a position or recommended for closeout if no roles are available.
• If aligned, the applicant will receive an email from MyHR to apply to that full‑time position.

Note – this is a new step with the implementation of MyHR for compliance purposes.

• Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
• Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
• Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
• License may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Minimal level of workshop experience required.
• Basic knowledge of, and/or experience with, engine products.
