City of Avondale, AZ is seeking a Senior Utility Location Specialist to lead the locating team, organize daily tasks, and guide junior staff. You will use GIS maps, as-built drawings, and field notes to accurately mark city utilities and coordinate with contractors.
The role requires at least three years in utility locating or water/wastewater work, plus ADEQ Grade II certifications upon hire. After-hours availability and a valid AZ driver’s license are required.
