Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy – Integration

• Develop the overarching multi-year Global Delivery Center strategy, strategic priorities, and focus areas
• Develop the GDC service catalog, location strategy, and work placement guidelines
• Lead critical programs supporting delivery-center build, adoption, standardization, and integration
• Establish stakeholder management and governance, including steering committees and monthly/quarterly reviews
• Develop the GDC Playbook covering operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, and workforce planning
• Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices
• Support growth to more than 10,000 delivery resources across delivery centers
• Drive GDC adoption, acceleration, stakeholder management, governance, and portfolio execution
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or another related field
• MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments
• Proven track record building, scaling, and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models, delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills
• Hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and strong bias toward execution
• Fluent and professional English, verbal and written
• Ability to work in complex, multinational environments and collaborate with senior leadership
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp‑ups of 500+–1000 resources
• Ability to travel regularly, including international travel
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead strategic discussions at Director and Managing Director level
• Highly collaborative, diplomatic, and influential
• Structured, process-oriented approach and ability to build scalable operational frameworks
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with aggressive growth targets
• High degree of cultural awareness and ability to operate across multiple geographies

Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing global delivery center strategies, including service catalog development, stakeholder management, and operational frameworks. Proven ability to lead large-scale resource ramp-ups and navigate complex multinational environments with a strong focus on execution and collaboration.
