- Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports
- Document medication administration and related activities
- Follow all medication management policies and procedures
- Record resident medical information and vital signs as needed
- Monitor and document self‑administration of medications by residents
- Order and re‑order medications, supplies, and equipment, partnering with pharmacies and families
- Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
- A high school diploma or GED
- One (1) or more years of experience as a Medication Technician in an Assisted Living community
- Arizona State Caregiver Certification through Direct Care
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- A valid fingerprint clearance card
- A current food handler’s card
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
