Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Dermatology Overview & Highlights
- Location: Avondale, Arizona
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base salary
- Practice Setting: Medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dermatology NP or PA seeking a balanced, high-quality outpatient practice environment with strong earning potential and predictable weekday hours. Providers in this role care for a diverse dermatology patient population across medical, surgical, and cosmetic services while working alongside an experienced clinical team.
Your day will include a mix of patient evaluations, treatment planning, follow‑up visits, procedures, and cosmetic consultations, depending on your training and experience. The clinic is designed to support providers with efficient workflows, collaborative support staff, and the ability to practice with a meaningful level of autonomy.
This role is especially well‑suited for providers who enjoy building long‑term patient relationships, staying current on dermatologic treatments and procedures, and working in an environment that values both clinical quality and provider satisfaction.

- Experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

- Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Support a positive patient experience and high standard of care
- Completion of an accredited U.S.
-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program - Active or eligible NP or PA license
- Minimum of 1 year of general dermatology experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Ability to work full‑time Monday–Friday schedule
- Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
- Prior outpatient dermatology clinic experience
- Procedural dermatology exposure
- Experience with cosmetic consultations and treatments
- Strong EMR documentation skills
