AboutThe Role
Your day involves greeting donors, ensuring their safety, and supporting plasma center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and serve as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones and greet donors.
- Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain records, and coordinate compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders, and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs.; rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear due to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1). - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role.

USA – AZ – Avondale.
Hourly wage: $17.00. Additional incentives, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, sick time, and volunteer time.
