Assistant​/Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that promotions are executed well, that service staff are trained, and that Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru are organized for the best service;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, that food is safe, that food cost is controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crews
