Bashas' - - Responsibilities:
Direct department personnel in the Deli/Bistro in the absence of the Team Leader.;
Assist in meeting department goals and objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.;
Oversee preparation, serving, and merchandising of deli/bistro items including entrees, fried foods, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and more.;
Display and rotate deli/bistro merchandise following guidelines.;
Monitor quality, safety, and shrinkage; ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.;
Assist with receiving merchandise, auditing invoices, and stocking storage areas.;
Maintain clean and orderly counters, prep areas, shelves, and walk-in coolers/freezers.;
Take customer orders and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
