Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home on average, with paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday; weekends not required.
Position:
Field Service Representative for leading tech brands (Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, HP). Responsible for installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, following planograms and client directives.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Update sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
- Perform build-outs, resets, and display repairs.
- Follow planograms and client‑specific directives.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms/ client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and multi‑person installations, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist team members as needed and contribute to team success.
- Complete jobs on or before scheduled end dates; schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Adhere to timelines for timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hourly pay starting at $17.50 per hour (based on experience and location).
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

- Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Age 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, late‑night availability as needed.
- Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork in rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical abilities: climb ladder up to 10 feet; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle/grasp, reach overhead.
- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent (preferred retail or merchandising experience). - Experience:
installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. - Technology: own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms/apps independently.
- Transportation: reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
- Communication skills: effective phone, text, email communication; respond within 24 hours of contact.
- Adaptability, strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, judgment, time‑management, reporting skills.
- Trainings: complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frame.
