• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including separating, filling and baking.
• Work as a team, follow direction and work with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85C standards and complete designated tasks perfectly.
• Store associates will be expected to cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties that include moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. It requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
