Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club's merchandise flow, safety, customer service, and inventory management.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks following company standards and safety guidelines.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers.
• Receive stocks, organize merchandise, and manage inventory flow from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and offering guidance on technology and product selections.
• Maintain safety of the facility through regular sweeps, forklift spotting, and proper hazardous material handling.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, ensuring proper zoning, stocking, rotation, and display of merchandise.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Track inventory, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage using inventory tools.
• Identify and address shrink opportunities, equipment problems, and other operational issues.
• Support team development and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of inclusion and teamwork.
• Act with integrity, embodying Walmart values and supporting a regenerative company goal.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
