Game Stop - 13070 West Rancho Santa Fe Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending additional items during transactions.;
Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock to selling floor to ensure presentation.;
Help meeting or exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals; address guest questions and escalate issues when needed.
