Head Cashier

Sprouts Farmers Market -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of cashiers and provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks;
Ensure excellent customer service through proactive register visits and assistance at the front end;
Oversee store sweeps, maintain cash register supply levels, and uphold restroom and parking lot cleanliness standards;
Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention purposes;
Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements;
Assist in hiring and training of new Cashiers and take steps for disciplinary actions
