The retail parts counter role is to identify, quote, bill, and distribute parts accurately and promptly to retail customers.

Job Duties:

• Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleagues
• Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person® philosophy
• Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values: high-character, engaged, team-player
• Relentlessly strive to improve an accurate and desirable inventory, while maintaining all retail parts and accessory displays.
• Identify, confirm, and notify customers when special orders have arrived
• Clear special order when parts are picked up
• Clearly communicate with customers to identify parts needed, always quote customer pricing and estimated time of arrival
• Constant maintenance of displays (rotating parts in displays) including cleaning glass
• Perform perpetual inventory checks
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
