Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate with team members;
Demonstrates knowledge of product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and operation/maintenance of equipment; prepares meat products according to standards (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) and maintains quality;
Uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and quality with the member in mind;
Maintains operational excellence and a clean, organized work area; ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products; helps with date control and waste elimination;
Advocates for the department and club by delivering high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy and commitment; trains and supports teammates.
