Insurance Sales Consultant – Altitude Development Group, Avondale, AZ
Join Our Team! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for building connections, we’re looking for a Direct Sales Consultant to join our team and make an impact.
Responsibilities- Engage with clients:
Meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products. - Build relationships:
Develop lasting connections and trust with clients. - Manage your schedule:
Plan your own work while being part of a supportive team. - Make a difference:
Help clients secure their financial future with top-quality products. - Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
- Set follow‑up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs.
- Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager.
- Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re‑serviced.
- Build and maintain your own book of business.
- Meet with sales team manager to discuss and set upcoming monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.
- Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
- Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week.
- Follow up on provided sales leads and cold‑call businesses in person, balancing warm leads and appointments with existing clients.
- Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
- Drive and enthusiasm: A strong desire to help others and make sales.
- Independent worker:
Ability to manage your own time effectively. - Resilient and positive:
Skilled in handling objections and staying motivated. - Full‑time commitment:
Ready to work 40 hours a week. - Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing and able to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of professional post‑high‑school work experience; or less than 4 years with relevant outside sales experience.
- Within 6 months of degree completion considered.
- Virtual classroom training and hands‑on sales training in your territory.
- Weekly draw pay with bonuses and commission eligibility upon start.
- Quarterly and annual incentive trips, cash bonuses, and stock share bonuses.
- Advancement and promotions based on personal performance.
