Sales Advisor

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale dealership. In this on-site role, you will guide customers through the purchase of new and used vehicles, from greeting and needs assessment to test drives, pricing, and delivery. You'll use CRM tools to manage leads, follow up, and build lasting relationships while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify showroom and online customers, identifying needs and budget
• Present new and used vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value
• Conduct test drives in a safe, professional manner
• Prepare accurate price quotes, purchase options, and lease/finance scenarios
• Guide customers through credit, financing, and paperwork processes
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-up, and customer communications
• Achieve sales, CSI, and productivity targets set by the dealership
• Maintain up-to-date product and competitive market knowledge
• Coordinate with finance, service, and management to ensure smooth delivery
• Comply with dealership policies and all sales and lending regulations
