Job Title

Guest Service Associate (Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) at European Wax Center.

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on exclusive product line.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.

• Strong sales and guest‑service skills.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.

Location:

10110 W McDowell Rd Space 38 – Avondale, AZ 85392. Salary: $15.15 – $16.75 per hour. Hourly + sales bonuses. Full‑time and part‑time available. In‑person work location.
