Earnings:
Weekly Average $1,200 – $1,400 gross per week

Base Pay $18.00/hr starting rate

Raise Potential +$0.25/hr after 6 months (based on safety & attendance) Stop Pay +$15.00 per completed stop

Unload Bonus +$10.00 flat per unload

• Work Type:
  Local grocery store deliveries involving a mix of live unloads, drop-and-hooks, and load/unload assistance.
• Physical Profile:
  Physical labor is required, you'll use a manual pallet jack to move freight during shifts that last 10+ hours.
• Shift Options: 24/7 facility, so both Day and Night shifts are open. Weekend dispatch is part of the standard rotation, and holiday driving depends on store demand.
