Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Avondale, AZ 85323

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr on W2

Shift: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.

• Receive, handle, store, and dispatch goods in a warehouse environment.
• Perform system transactions and maintain inventory records.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies against invoices.
• Sort, label, package, and store materials accurately.
• Organize inventory to optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders based on written or verbal instructions.
• Operate manual and automated warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support departments.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
