The Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Arizona, United States. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including coordinating shipping and receiving activities, organizing material handling, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Coordinator will verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure products are stored correctly, and support the installation team by preparing materials and equipment for jobs.
The role also involves updating inventory systems, monitoring stock levels, and communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. The Warehouse Coordinator will promote a safe, orderly warehouse environment and follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying orders, preparing documentation, and coordinating deliveries and pickups.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with installation crews, office staff, and vendors, and to resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess Material Handling skills, including safe operation of warehouse equipment and proper organization of racking and related materials.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior warehouse or logistics experience, familiarity with basic computer and inventory software, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast‑paced industrial environment; forklift certification or experience is a plus.
