Equipment Operator

Midway Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Goodyear, AZ!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pay rate: $20.00/hr

Duties:

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and cherry pickers/order pickers.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Pick, organize, and prepare materials and equipment for orders and customer pickup.
• Perform equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
