  • Partner with Facilities and Engineering to scope capital projects, define bid packages, run competitive sourcing events, and execute contracts from award through project closeout.
  • Manage a preferred panel of construction and facilities suppliers; qualify new contractors and oversee performance against cost, schedule, safety, and quality KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain should-cost models for construction and MEP scopes; conduct independent cost reviews and challenge GC estimates.
  • Lead procurement activities for the V2 facility ramp and future capacity expansion sites, including site preparation, utilities infrastructure, and building systems.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain and subcontractor risks on active capital projects; maintain risk registers and elevate schedule or cost threats early.
  • Establish Vulcan Forms' preferred contractor qualification program, insurance requirements, safety protocols, and supplier codes of conduct for the construction category.
  • Support permitting, utility incentive programs, and local/state economic development negotiations in coordination with Legal and Finance.
  • Define and deliver an annual savings and value roadmap for the category; report to VP Supply Chain and leadership on project pipeline and procurement milestones.
Qualifications
