We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) on a PRN basis in Ayer, MA. Join a rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized care focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions for gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Develop appropriate rehabilitation goals and track resident progress
• Modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and response to therapy
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• $60–$65/hour
• Flexible PRN schedule
• Collaborative rehabilitation team
• Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload
• Supportive clinical environment

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
