As a Recruiter at Vulcan Forms, you will play an important role in supporting the growth of a high-priority, advanced technology program. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical and operational roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to attract and hire top talent. This is a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment that requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to build relationships with candidates while delivering a positive hiring experience.

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and help drive efficient hiring processes.
• Source active and passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional partners to support offer development, hiring processes, and recruiting initiatives.
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities while effectively managing multiple requisitions and competing deadlines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the applicant tracking system.

• Describe the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, engineering, hardware, or other technical roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
• Proficiency using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical skill sets and translate hiring manager requirements into effective recruiting strategies.

Vulcan Forms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Vulcan Forms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match.

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $100,000.
