- Support alert triage and investigations; tune policies/detections to reduce noise and improve actionability; create repeatable investigation and response runbooks.
- Provide hands‑on operational feedback (requirements, pilot feedback, rollout considerations, documentation/runbooks) as IT leadership evaluates consolidation to a unified endpoint security platform; broader SIEM adoption is planned longer‑term (targeting 2027).
- Participate in evaluating and recommending hardware/software solutions; contribute to standards and best practices.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience across systems administration and end‑user support.

- Experience automating administrative tasks using scripting/tools such as Power Shell and/or Power Automate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team; strong internal customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. (equipment moves, workstation setups, hardware installs).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (IT, Computer Science, or related), or equivalent experience.
