You’ll report to the Director of Production and manage multiple small projects and warranty work, acting as the link between the office, field, and client.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling, labor coordination, subs, materials, and budgets
• Leading and mentoring a Small Projects Lead Carpenter
• Client communication and expectation management
• Maintaining schedules, costs, and documentation in PM software
• Overseeing quality, safety, and closeouts

• Strong rough + finish carpentry background
• Broad understanding of residential construction and trades
• Working knowledge of Massachusetts building codes
• Confident leader crews respect and clients trust
• Organized, tech-capable, and decisive
• OSHA-10 (or willing to obtain)
