Machine Operator 3rd shift– Ayer, MAJoin a Legacy. Build the Future Catania Oils, a fourth-generation, family-owned business with 125 years of excellence in the edible oils industry, is looking for a passionate and driven Machine Operator to join our third shift team. What You’ll DoOperate and change over production line equipment (filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer, etc.)Read work orders and verify supplies (bottles, caps, labels, etc.)Monitor production rates and equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
Keep your area clean and safe throughout the shift
What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of manufacturing experience (food industry a plus)
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
English fluency (written and verbal)
Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus
