The Senior Product Quality Engineer manages quality processes and contributes to the successful completion of specific programs in an advanced manufacturing environment. This role ensures consistent quality and compliance during weekend operations, managing difficult problems and providing guidance to the shift team to ensure production goals are met without compromising standards. Vulcan Forms is a 24/7/365 operation. The hours for this shift are Friday – Monday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

- Manage weekend quality operations, serving as the primary point of contact for quality escalations on the manufacturing floor.
- Lead process validations and verification activities for both new and existing product lines.
- Independently investigate complex non‑conformances and drive the completion of CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee the implementation of SPC and act as a subject‑matter expert for metrology and testing protocols during the shift.
- Review and approve quality system documentation (DHF, DMR, DHR) to ensure continuous compliance.
- Coach and review the work of lower‑level professionals or technicians on the shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work a dedicated weekend shift schedule.
- Proven experience with FAIRs, process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and data analysis.
- Preferred: experience with ISO 13485 or AS9100; experience with metal alloys or additive manufacturing.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,800 to $138,600.
