Overview

Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Ayer, MA who is looking for an Inventory Specialist on 3rd shift. This is a temp to hire position.

Pay: $23/hour - once hired on, shift differential included!

Schedule: 10:45PM to 7:00AM, Sunday-Thursday

Responsibilities
  • Open and close job orders in the ERP system in accordance with the company’s policies and practices.
  • Verify job orders are correct in the ERP system and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Verify correct materials and correct lot numbers are being used on manufacturing lines.
  • Print and distribute production schedules for manufacturing.
  • Perform cycle counts, i.e. cartons, caps, labels, etc.
  • Assist with training new operators or training of standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with analysis studies and OEE improvements, under the director of the shift supervisor.
  • Perform supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the shift supervisor.
  • Fill in for line workers due to absences or vacation schedules.
Required Qualifications
  • Good mechanical troubleshooting skills a must
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs in a food manufacturing environment a plus
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • May require bending or lifting
  • Lifting up to 60lbs
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures and outside work

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
