Raw Material Coordinator - Direct Hire

Location:

Ayer, MA

Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule:

(Monday - Friday) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate raw material inventory records and inventory transactions
  • Process incoming paperwork, packing slips, and inventory documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels, product movement, labeling, and warehouse locations
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrections
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and reconciliations
  • Track and report damaged, aged, or non-conforming materials
  • Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow GMPs, food safety standards, company policies, and warehouse safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with raw material inventory processes is a plus
  • Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift experience and ability to maintain forklift certification required
  • Ability to lift 20-45 lbs and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
