Ardent Mills, the leading flour milling and ingredients company in North America, is seeking a Production Associate (Utility Operator) to operate and maintain various utility systems and equipment, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes while meeting food safety requirements. The position is full‑time with a 6a.m.–2p.m. shift in Ayer, MA (35

Nemco Way).

• Utility Operator: Operate utility systems and equipment, perform sanitation duties, and ensure food safety compliance.
• Bulk Operator: Load bulk delivery vessels, perform sanitation duties, and maintain food safety compliance.
• Elevator Operator: Operate and maintain elevators or lifts, perform sanitation duties, and ensure safe material movement.
• Warehouse Operator: Operate warehouse, perform sanitation duties, manage receiving, storing, forklift operation, and distribution.
• Pack Operator: Operate packing equipment, process and package products, and perform sanitation duties.

• Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day; climb ladders and extensions.
• Lifting up to 50lbs.; exert 20‑lb. force; frequent standing, walking, rotating, bending, twisting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and reaching at shoulder level or below.
• Perform job duties including bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely.
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise; use PPE such as dust masks.
• Work in elevated areas (4ft.and above).
• Team members must be clean-shaven for respiratory protection duties.

• Starting base pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Optional bonus: 5% annual performance incentive plan (OIP).
