Position: Production Associate (Utility Operator)

Shift: 6AM-2PM

• Utility Operator – Responsible for maintaining and operating various utility systems and equipment, and performing sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements essential to production.
• Bulk Operator – Responsible for loading bulk delivery vessels and performing sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements and ensure compliance within the bulk department.
• Elevator Operator – Operates and maintains elevators or lifts, and performs sanitation duties, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of raw materials throughout the facility.
• Warehouse Operator – Ensures smooth warehouse operations, performs sanitation duties, receives, stores, organizes, forklift operates and distributes raw materials and finished products.
• Pack Operator – Operates pack equipment, processes and packs products, and performs sanitation duties to maintain food safety compliance.

• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
• Must climb ladder, step, and extension.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level.
• Ability to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, wearing PPE.
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Team members must be clean shaven to perform tasks requiring respiratory protection.

Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with additional earning potential based on experience. All team members are incentive eligible with target bonuses of 5% annual, determined by role and performance.
