Ayer, MA | $24.00/Hour + $25 Weekly Attendance Bonus

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:50 PM - 7:30 AM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support third-shift manufacturing operations. This temporary opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong computer skills, data entry experience, and the ability to manage production documentation in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, open, and close work orders within the ERP system.
• Verify production data, job orders, materials, and lot numbers for accuracy.
• Print and distribute production schedules and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform inventory cycle counts for materials, labels, cartons, and supplies.
• Assist with production reporting, operational improvements, and performance tracking.
• Support employee training and standard operating procedures as needed.
• Provide basic leadership support during supervisor absences.
• Follow GMP and food safety requirements while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist production lines when staffing support is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or SQF standards is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Occasional bending, lifting, and material handling.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and production environments.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
