Catania Oils in Ayer, MA is seeking a Production Floor Trainer to lead hands-on training for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will guide setup, operation, changeovers, and safety practices on our packaging lines in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you’ll assess operator competency, certify readiness for independent operation, and develop cross-training plans to improve workforce flexibility. You’ll partner with plant leadership to keep work instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols up to date.
